I recently got an S24+ after breaking my old A51. Me and my girlfriend enjoy taking pictures together, even printing them out to keep as memories. So when I cracked my screen, we were excited to get a much better camera. But now that I’m using the S24+, the front camera feels a bit disappointing. The photos are still blurry, just a tiny bit better than my old phone. Is something wrong with mine or is this just how it is?
I don’t use cameras much, but I think the best selfies come from using the back camera on a foldable phone.

Definitely the way to go. (I have the Fold 6)
Honestly, the S24/S24+ camera isn’t that amazing for the price. It’s just how it is.
I’ve got the S24 too. The camera is okay, but it’s still kinda meh. Not sure why, but I hope it gets better with updates.
Yep, it’s normal. The front camera isn’t great. I suggest flipping the phone around and using the main camera for selfies. You can even use the volume button to take the picture.
Try using a ring light for better selfies. Or find good natural light. I like to wait until sunlight comes through my window with rainbow sun catchers, then take selfies at that time.
That’s because it’s the same front camera that’s been around since the S22. Not much improvement there.
