I have it on vivid mode with an adaptive refresh rate.

I put a cheap replacement screen on my S21+, and it started doing this after three days.

It’s unlikely to be the update. A problem like this wouldn’t stay hidden for a few days.

Just over two years.

Try posting these photos on Twitter and tagging Samsung. They replaced my screen for free when I mentioned them there.

The issue is my phone has a few scuffs and chips from a fall, so I don’t think they’d consider it a defect.
