Sorry for the bad photo quality. I had to use my iPad to take it.
Edit: The phone in the picture is an S22+.

No need to apologize! It actually looks good. Really sorry you’re going through this.

Which Samsung phone is that?

It’s the S22+.
@Whit
Got it, thanks.

It’s disappointing to see such issues on a flagship device.

Wow, that phone isn’t even old .

Yeah, I bought it in March 2022. I was hoping to keep it until late 2025. Fingers crossed it lasts that long.
@Whit
Mine started with one green line, now there are three. Someone told me to power it off for a week to fix it, but that didn’t work.
My S21+ has six lines now. Four green, two white. They were all green before.

This happened to my S20+ as well. Two green lines that eventually turned pink.

I think it’s the AMOLED screens and heat. I never dropped my phone, but it got really hot during a system update.
@Lennox
Mine’s been overheating too, especially outdoors in tropical weather. That might be making it worse.

I was using a wireless charger .

Yeah, wireless chargers heat up phones a lot. I tried one but decided against it. I’ve been using super fast charging for a while, though .
@Whit
Is your phone still waterproof? Mine got so hot the back glass came loose. I’m using a Z Flip 5 now, but my S21+ is still around for YouTube and music.

Not sure, and I don’t plan to test it. Did you check if your battery is swollen?
@Whit
No swelling, just weak glue from the heat. I wireless charged daily for a year. You might want to check for gaps in the back panel just in case.
@Whit
Same here.
