Will Samsung want the Galaxy Watch FE back since I returned the phone?

I upgraded my phone to the S24 FE, but the network provider had terrible signal, so I ended up returning the phone after about 10 days. Before returning it, I claimed the free Galaxy Watch FE, which arrived about 3 weeks ago, about 2 weeks after I had already sent the phone back. Has anyone here had Samsung ask for the gift back, or can I just keep the watch?

You might have slipped through the cracks and got away with it, but I’d suggest not selling the watch if Samsung comes asking for it later.

I haven’t even opened it yet just in case they do ask for it back haha

@Xavi
You could open it after you get your refund back on your credit card.

Most companies include something like this in their terms. One clause might say something like ‘Items must be returned within xx days of phone return, or you’ll be charged full price for them.’ You probably agreed to it when you signed up for the promotion without even reading the fine print.

I’m pretty sure this is how it works, too.

Agreed.

I’m actually waiting for my gifts (Buds 3Pro, Fit3, Tab A9+), and I just reread the promotion’s terms and conditions. They don’t mention anything about returning gifts, so I don’t think there’s anything to worry about. It might depend on the region or even a mistake on Samsung’s part.
