Which one is better for photos and videos… iPhone 16 Pro or S24 Ultra?

I have an S24 Ultra, but my friend’s iPhone 16 Pro takes better photos—it handles colors and processing really well.

Why not visit Samsung and Apple stores to test the cameras before deciding?

I’ve been a Samsung user since moving from the iPhone 6S to the S7 Edge. Honestly, iPhone cameras are still better overall. For a camera-focused phone, though, I’d consider a Pixel.

In my opinion, iPhone is better for videos, but Samsung wins with photos—especially in tricky conditions like low light. I tried switching to the iPhone 15 Pro Max but ended up returning it for the S24 Ultra.

Check out MKBHD’s YouTube channel—he does amazing camera comparisons. Both phones are great, though. The differences are small unless you’re a professional. For that, you might as well invest in a DSLR.

S24 Ultra all the way.

Sharper images, vibrant colors, and videos look really professional.

Honestly, they seem pretty similar in YouTube comparisons, just with slightly more color on the Samsung.

@Mal
I have both, and trust me, Samsung is better.

S24 Ultra for sure. I’ve compared it to my Pixel 9 Pro, and the Ultra is way ahead. Still, it comes down to preference since all three flagship cameras are excellent.

Why not wait for the S25 Ultra? The price difference won’t be huge, and it’ll be even better than the S24 Ultra or iPhone 16 Pro.
