I currently own an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and it’s the only type of phone I’ve ever had. But now, I’m really drawn to the customization options and sharp design of the Samsung S24 Ultra. The deal for a trade-in is great, and I’m considering making the switch.
Do you think I should wait for the S25 Ultra, or is it okay to go ahead and get the S24 now?
@Harlem
Yeah, I should’ve been clearer. I mean, the new chip and battery upgrades will make a big difference in performance. At least for tech lovers like me.

The S24 Ultra is a solid phone, but the S25 Ultra will likely be an improvement. If you can wait, I think it would be worth it.
I agree, waiting for the S25 Ultra sounds like a good plan. If it doesn’t turn out as expected, you can always go for the S24 Ultra. More choices are never a bad thing.
If you wait, at least you’ll be able to compare the two. When the S25 Ultra is out, the deals for the S24 Ultra will probably be better, so waiting could save you some money. But if you want the S24, I don’t think it’s a bad choice either.
The S25 Ultra will likely be just another small upgrade, like we see every year with every brand. It really depends on what you’re willing to spend.
The S24 Ultra will be much cheaper right now with holiday deals, but the S25 Ultra will come with some promotions like storage upgrades and credit offers, but you’ll pay more for it.
If you want the S24 Ultra, don’t wait. The best deals are going to end soon once the new model hits the market. After that, the S24 deals will be harder to come by.
