Why would they release a slim version? I think they might have two phones with the same specs, one with an S Pen and the other without.
I’m not sure either. The rumors are there though. The magnets for Qi2 could affect the S Pen, so maybe they’ll have a version without the pen but with magnets. If they switch from titanium to aluminum, it could be 30g lighter but with the same screen size and specs. But that might be too similar to the Plus version.

I actually like that idea, I don’t use the pen much.

Maybe we’ll see the Vanilla 25, Plus, Air, and Ultra?
The Vanilla, Plus, and Ultra are almost confirmed by reliable leakers. But the Slim/Air model keeps changing every month, with some saying it exists and others saying it doesn’t. We usually have a lot more info by now, so I’m skeptical about the Slim coming out with the main models. But the Unpacked invite is real, and it shows 4 phones. So maybe Samsung is playing us and the Slim will surprise everyone this year. Or maybe it’s a variation we haven’t heard about.
I’d love to see the S25, S25+, S25 Ultra (a smaller version without the pen but with Ultra specs), and an S25 Ultra XL that looks like the current Ultra. They really need a smaller high-end version like Apple and Google have.
