Liquid screen protectors... do they really replace your screen?

Has anyone tried those liquid screen protectors that promise to replace your screen if it cracks? I’ve used them in the past, but I never needed to make a claim. Do they actually protect your screen? It’s a cheap option, but will they really replace your screen if it cracks? What’s your experience with any of the brands? Did they hold up their end of the deal?

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I have a friend who uses one, but his screen hasn’t cracked, so I can’t say for sure.

Why not just get Samsung Care+? That’s a better option.

Yeah, but that’s a lot more expensive.

Honestly, I think it’s just a scam.

Seems like a waste of money to me.

It wouldn’t be a waste if it works and they cover the cost of a new screen.

But if you’re careful with your phone, isn’t it cheaper to just pay for a screen replacement? I get that it might be useful short-term, but in the long run, it could cost more if you don’t have a lot of accidents.

@Bali
Have you never had an accident? I’m super careful with my phones, but I’ve still cracked two screens over the years. Accidents happen, even if you’re careful.

@Bali
I get that, but I have two little kids, and accidents are bound to happen.
