I’m looking for a regular-sized Samsung S24. Bigger phones tend to fall out of my pocket easily. But I can’t find an S24 with 1TB storage, which I need for heavy use. If Samsung doesn’t offer this, can anyone suggest alternatives that are not the ultra or plus models? I’m also thinking about foldable phones, but I have no experience with them. Would that be a good alternative?

Yup, and in some regions, they even only offer the 8/128 and 8/256 versions at base.

That’s crazy honestly.
If it’s available in your region or if you can ship it to your country, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini is the most recent small phone with 1TB storage that I know of.

But aren’t some of these about the same size as the S24 Ultra? I’ve seen the OnePlus 12, and it seems about the same size as my S24 Ultra.

I get it, but I think the person who posted this is probably looking for a flagship.
Still, it’s possible to cram a lot of storage into a smaller phone with micro SD, like you said.
The iPhone Mini 12/13 offers up to 512GB. Too bad that SD cards hitting 1TB for less than $200, but the A-series is phasing out.

Most phones with 1TB are the Ultra or Pro models. The regular versions usually don’t go beyond 512GB.
If you want an iPhone, the smaller Pro model offers 1TB, while the regular model offers up to 512GB.
For Android, the Pixel 9 Pro comes to mind for 1TB storage in a smaller size, though I’m not sure about other models.
The Z Fold 6 might be a good option for you.
It’s really compact when folded, and when you open it up, the huge screen gives you an amazing experience.
The durability and reliability of Samsung’s Z Fold series have really improved lately.

The Z Fold 6 has a 7.6-inch screen, while the regular S24 only has a 6.2-inch screen. I think that’s too big for me.

The external screen on the Z Fold is around 6.3 or 6.4 inches. It’s similar in size to the S24, but it’s narrower. You also get the benefit of having a mini tablet screen when you unfold it

The 7.6-inch screen is only when it’s unfolded. When folded, the size is different.
