That popup is likely just a scare tactic meant to get you to contact them for a payment that isn’t necessary.
As long as you didn’t click on the WhatsApp link, you should be fine.

What actually happened was -
*I clicked the ad by mistake and it opened a new tab, but I closed it before it fully loaded. That’s all that happened.
The WhatsApp part was just to illustrate the kind of popup it was.
